Biologic Inhibitor from Hydrolyzed Proteins

The aim of the present work was getting biologic inhibitor from waste activated sludge.The effects of extraction technology of waste activated sludge on its inhibition properties were systematically studied.The inhibition mechanism of hydrolyzed products and complex inhibitors was investigated by electrochemical polarization method.The results showned that the organic content of waste activated sludge was 66.60%,and the extraction rate of organic matter was 62.5%.when the temperature was 90 ℃,hydrolyzing time was 15 to 20 hours and pH was 1 to 2.The inhibiting efficiency of extracted liquid reached 85 %,and could be above 94% if it was mixed with chemical additive.
