    CORROSION PERFORMANCE OF MICRO-ARC-OXIDATION AND ELECTROPHORESIS COMPLEX COATINGS ON MAGNESIUM ALLOY

    • The complex process technology of micro-arc-oxidation and electrophoresis is a new surface treatment method.The corrosion resistance of this complex coatings on magnesium alloy is reviewed and the corrosion mechanism is studied.The corrosion resistance of the complex coatings is determined by the compactness of organic layer and the combination state beween the complex coatings.The corrosion resistance of the complex coating is better when the compactness is better and the binding energy is bigger.
