Corrosion Properties of Low Calcium Hardness Circulating Cooling Water on Pipes
The water quality indexes of water treatment and the results of hanging-plate tests and electrochemical tests showed that the low calcium hardness water had high corrosivity to the carbon steel pipes of the circulating water systems,which was the main reason causing pipe corrosion of circulating cooling system.The specific protective measures were proposed.
