Evaluation and Selection of Tubes for Anti CO2 Corrosion

Abstract
CO2 corrosion is a serious problem in the process of oil field development. Autoclave was used to simulate the environments of high content of CO2. The anti-corrosion performance of 13Cr alloy samples and tungalloy samples was analyzed by weight loss method, and compared to that of N80 respectively. The application effect in field case was analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion rate of 13Cr alloy and tungalloy was lower than that of N80. Based on the experimental results, two sorts of anti-corrosion tube can be used as anti CO2 corrosion oil tubes.
