Kinetics of Electroless Plating Ni-P-B Alloy

Logarithmic relationship curves between the deposition rate and the concentration of reactants and operation temperature were obtained by experiments. Reaction kinetic parameters were obtained from comparison of experimental results and kinetic equations. Experimental equation of deposition rate can provide theoretical reference for electroless Ni-P-B alloy.
