Analysis and Improvement Measures of Corrosion Problems during Piercing of GCr15 Bearing Steel

The analyses and testing on the corrosion problems like too much acid consumption during pickling,over-pickling and difficult falling off of scales indicated that the main cause to influence the corrosion resistance during the piercing of GCr15 bearing steel was the copper content.Some improvement measures were put forward and good effects have been obtained.
