Control of Key Parameters for Zinc Plating on Cast Steel

The quality of zinc coating on cast steel was improved by enhancing the permeability and dispersibility of electroplating solution, increasing the conductivity of cast steel, optimizing the pH value and current density. The quality of coating was detected according to the related standards of China. The results show that the coating has good adhesion, good glossiness and fineness, uniform thickness, strong anti-oxidation and good corrosion resistance.
