  • The traditional zinc dipping solution was modified with organic acid salt complexing agents to immerse zinc on Mg-Li alloy at normal temperature.Zinc once dipping on Mg-Li alloy surface was studied.SEM and electrochemical analyzer were used to analyze the micromorphology and electrochemical performance of the zinc once dipping layer.The results showed that the zinc once dipped layer obtained on Mg-Li alloy in new zinc dipping solution at normal temperature was fine,compact and homogeneous.The layer obtained at 5min mostly covered the Mg-Li alloy surface,which demonstrated the most positive corrosion potential,minimal corrosion current,largest radius of capacitive loops,electrolytic resistance and charge transfer resistance.The nickel-plate on the zinc dipped layer showed good corrosion resistance,and its adherence to Mg-Li alloy matrix was the best.
