    Morphology Analysis of Corrosion Products in Air-foam Flooding Process System

    • For the serious corrosion in air-foam flooding process system in Zhongyuan oilfield, the corrosion product was examined by using SEM to observe the surface morphology, using EDXA to analyze the content and using XRD to confirm the composition. The results indicated that iron and oxygen were the majority elements of the corrosion product in air-foam corrosive media. The corrosion products of the steel were mainly composed of Fe oxides and hydroxy-oxide.
