Safety Risk Analysis and Control of Chemical Cleaning of Thermal Equipment

Chemical cleaning of thermal equipment is of high safety risk. This paper analyzes the ten aspects of factors influencing the chemical cleaning safety risk of thermal equipment. For avoiding the safety accidents, the personnel safety consciousness, safety responsibilitical, safety technological measures, cleaning solution, cleaning equipment and temporary system, chemicals, cleaning process, organization and coordination, and other aspects of the safety risk control concerns are proposed.
