    Grey Prediction of Corrosion Rate for an Aero-engine's Piston

    • In order to reveal the variation rule of corrosion rate for an aero-engine’s piston, the influencing factors of corrosion were analyzed. The results show that the corrosion rate is a random variable changing with the time. On this basis of the results, the grey prediction model of corrosion rate was established according to grey theory, the accuracy of the model was verified by experiment. The testing results show that the prediction results of corrosion rate for piston has high precision, the grey prediction model can better reveal the variation rule of corrosion rate with used time.
