    • A type of iron-series phosphating solution was investigated at ambient temperature.Formula and process parameters of a new iron-series phosphating technology were optimized by orthogonal test.Effects of process parameters,including time,temperature,accelerators and acidity,etc.were studied.A uniform bonderizing coating with high corrosion resistance was deposited on the hot-rolled steel surface at ambient temperature during eight to twenty minutes.
