    Enhancement of Cathodic Protection System for Gas Pipeline

    • It is proved that cathodic protection is an effective method for anti-corrosion of buried steel pipelines. With the rapid development of suburban districts, the buried steel pipeline rerouting, rail-crossing, road-crossing and river-crossing are growing, thus many pipelines can not meet the requirements of cathodic protection criteria. Aiming at the problem of cathodic protection potential did not reach the standard in a pipeline, the problems of pipeline rerouting and crossing, balance weight of concrete and anti-corrosion coating quality were analyzed in detail. Feed test was used to study the feasibility of builting one more CP station, and good governance effect was obtained.
