DEVELOPMENT AND FIELD TESTING OF TYPE SRB-HX-7 FAST TEST BOTTLE FOR SULFATE REDUCING BACTERIA

On the basis of the original sulfate reducing bacteria SRB test bottle SRB-HX-14,the culture medium and process of production were optimized and a new type SRB-HX-7 SRB fast test bottle was developed.Adopting the new type SRB-HX-7 (SRB) fast test bottle,only 7days necessary to determine the content of SRB in water samples,so testing time was only half as the original.Contrast tests by 34 water samples from four oil production factories in Daqing Oil Field,showed that the SRB-HX-7 SRB fast test bottle accelerated the test speed,at the same time it had the same adaptability,accuracy and reliability to those of the SRB-HX-14 SRB test bottle.
