    Application of Nano Self-healing Coating Material to Corrosion Protection of GH907

    • GH907 material has high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal fatigue performance, but when it works in high temperature environment for long time, serious corrosion will occur. To make this kind of material have good application to high-tech fields such as aviation, aerospace and shipbuilding, a kind of SKNC-65 nanometer self-healing coating was developed to control the corrosion of material GH907. The anti-corrosion performance of the coating was verified by thermal vibration, salt fog, humidity and antioxidant assessment tests, the results showed that the coating can meet the requirement of substrate protection.
