Waterborne Acrylic Acid Ammonium Baking Paint for Metal Anti-corrosion

Waterborne acrylic acid ammonium resins with different hydroxyl values were synthesized, and they were used to prepare the waterborne acrylic acid ammonium baking paint by compounding with amino resin. The factors influencing the performance of baking paint were also studied. The results show that the anti-corrosion performance of waterborne acrylic acid ammonium baking paint is very good. Under the conditions of 140℃ and 30min reaction time, the combination properties of coating were excellent when the proportion of waterborne acrylic acid ammonium resin to amino resin is 3∶1.
