Abstract
Chemical control of water is essential for safe and efficient operation in nuclear power plants, which includes the control of water chemistry parameters in primary loop and second loop. Using proper analytical methods to determine the chemical parameters is very important for evaluating the water quality, radioactivity, equipment corrosion and operation condition. In this paper some analytical methods from ASTM and GB standards are selected for analysis and comparation. The feasibilities of these analytical methods are discussed so that the proper analytical methods can be provided for the measurements in the plants.
