CORROSION INHIBITION OF ETHANE DIAMINE DOUBLE-2-HYDROXY PROPANE SULFONIC ACID

BHSPA is a new kind of water treatment agent with low nitrogen and without phosphorus.The corrosion inhibition was investigated using weight-loss and electrochemical method,and the inhibition efficiency of BHSPA on steel at different temperatures,different concentrations and pH values was measured.The corrosion inhibition mechanism was also discussed.The BHSPA had excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency in simulating cooling water,and it was an anodic type inhibitor.
