    Anodic Oxidation Technology of High Silicon Aluminum Alloy

    • Using sulfuric acid as electrolyte,the effects of electrolyte concentration,current density,oxidizing time and electrolyte temperature on oxide film’s thickness and electrochemical behavior were studied.The optimal anodic oxidation process was determined.The obtained anodic film had good corrosion resistance in neutral salt test and uniform gray surface.The anodic oxidation technology with the advantages of simple process and easy operating would have wide application prospect .
