Detection of Defect Locations in Coatings on Underground Pipelines by DCVG Technique

The principle and method of the detection technique of DCVG is introduced.Through changing the size of defects,environment resistance rate,protective current,simulation tests proved that DCVG technique could detect the defect locations,and the relationship between the depth of underground pipeline and the earth surface voltage gradients could be obtained.
