    • For the shortcomings of zinc phosphating technology at room temperature,a quick phosphating solution which does not contain nitrite has been developed.The effect of the accelerators in phosphating solution on phosphatization was investigated.The reaction mechanism was also studied.The phosphating coating achiered in the phosphating solution at 25～35 ℃ for 10～15 min could had a good performance.
