Cause of Coating Peeling and Corrosion Resistance of Colour Coated Sheets

The surface morphology, chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the prepainted sheets with coating peeling were tested by SEM, EDS, EIS and NSST(Neutral Salt Spray Test). The cause of coating peeling and its influence on corrosion resistance of prepainted sheets were analyzed by contract testing. The improving measure was proposed to improve the machining property and corrosion resistance of the prepainted sheets.
