Anticorrosion Ability of A New-type Water-based Drawing Lubricant for Steel Cord

A new-type water-based drawing lubricant is composed mainly of amide compound.The Lubricant is suitable to the drawing of steel cord wires.The corrosion property and corrosion inhibitor of the lubricant were studied.The corrosion quantity of 45# sheet steel was less than 5 mg/dm2 per 100 h by using the selected corrosion inhibitor.
