APPLICATION OF OCTADECYLAMINE TO SHUTDOWN PROTECTION AT A 300MW POWER PLANT
The shutdown protection at a 300MW power plant was treated with octadecylamine(ODA).Several thermal and chemical parameters of the thermal power system with the treatment of ODA during the sliding pressure shutdown were analyzed,and the corrosion resistance of boiler tube with or without ODA treatment was measured by EIS method.It is shown that ODA treatment is effective for shutdown protection.
