Preparation Technology of Mixed Acid Anodized Insulating layer for Aluminium Wire

A mixed acid anodic oxidation process was investigated to prepare insulating layer for aluminium strip conductor.The puncture voltage of insulating layer could reach 250V.Compared with the oxide film made by traditional sulfuric acid anodization,this oxide film had lower brittleness,better ductility and wider bath temperature range.The mixed acid anodization process was energy-saving and high-efficiency than that using oxalic acid anodization process.Producing and using demands of wires without electromagnetic coil winding could be satisfied.
