Screening of Corrosion and Scale Inhibitors for Oil Wells in Jingqiu Oilfield

Heavy corrosion sections of oil wells in Jingqiu oilfield mainly located in the depth between 1000 m and 1600 m.The average pump inspection cycle was 190.4 days.Based on the local corrosion and scaling conditions,through orthagonal test the corrosion and scale inhibitors were found.Field practice showed that the decline rate of ferric ion reached 99.8% and the corrosion rate decreased 87.0%,Ca2+ increased 89.3% than that before adding drugs.
