    Anodic Oxidation Complex Process of Aluminum with n-SiC Addition

    • Wear resistant material n-SiC was added into oxidizing electrolyte,and incorporated in the aluminium alloy film to improve the wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the technological parameters of the composite anodic oxidation,The optimum technological parameters were temperature 20 ℃,n-SiC 20 mg/L,current density 2 A/dm2 and oxidizing time 40 min.SEM and EDS results showed that SiC had entered into the oxidized film.
