Research Progress of Phytic Acid Green Water Treatment Corrosion Inhibitor

The advances in the research of phytic acid a green and environmental friendly water-treatment inhibitor are reviewed in detail in this paper.The inhibition effects of phytic acid on corrosion of iron and steel,copper and copper alloys in different solutions are summarized.The self-assembled mondayer(SAMs) of phytic acid have good inhibtion effects on copper alloys (both brass and B30).The utilization of SAMs and complex technology of phytic acid is a development trend of green water treatment corrosion inhibitors.
