Electrochemical Synthesis and Anticorrosion Property of Poly-aniline Doped with Ni2+

  • Poly-aniline doped with Ni2+ was prepared on the stainless steel by cyclic voltammetry(CV) method. The corrosion performance and influencing factors were investigated by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The results showed that in 3.5% NaCl solution the poly-aniline doped with Ni2+ had good corrosion resistance. The corrosion potential shifted toward the positive direction. The corrosion resistance of the composite film was influenced by the concentrations of aniline, sulfuric acid and Ni2+, the poly-aniline doped with Ni2+ would have the best corrosion resistance with proper concentrations.
