Inhibitor of Naphthenic Acid Corrosion in Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

The performance evaluation of naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor of imidazoline and diethyl phosphit at normal temperature and high temperature has been carried out by wight loss method.The results show that the corrosion became more serious with the increase of diethyl phosphate at normal temperature.At high temperature,when the proportion of imidazoline and diethyl phosphite was 2∶1 and content of corrosion inhibitor was 0.1%,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of 91.55% was the best.
