    Corrosion Resistant Materials Selection of OCTG in a Simulated CCS project environment

    • In the CO2 capture and geological storage (CCS) project environment of Ordos, a material-selection simulation test was performed using a high-temperature autoclave according to the well conditions. CO2 corrosion rate and corrosion product film of four kinds of commonly anti-corrosion material were studied. The results showed that 13 CrS material corrosion rate was 0.005 7 mm/a, belonging to mild corrosion, significantly superior to other materials. The 13CrS material corrosion product film exhibits thin and compact structure, and CO2 corrosion resistance is strong. The 13CrS is a good material for the CCS engineering geologic storage area corrosion environment.
