PROBLEMS EXISTING IN EARTH MATS OF TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

By analyzing both the causes in the aggravated accidents caused by the grounding devices of transformer substations and the problems discovered in the earth mat inspections,several technical issues on the reconstructions of the earth mats have been studied and some countermeasures have been put forward.
