    Application of RTM Technology to Reinforced Concrete Repair Engineering of Dock

    • The processes of filling and anti-corrosion to the reinforced concrete of Shanghai Petrochemical Thermoelectricity Corporation’s dock were performed by RTM technology,and the corrosion mechanism of the reinforced concrete and the factors of RTM technology were analyzed.The failure of the reinforced concrete was largely due to the penetration of Cl- into the concrete,leading to electrochemical corrosion of the reinforcing steel bar.However,the wetting capability of the resin to reinforced materials and the paving methods had obvious influence on the RTM technology.The filling to the damaged dock by RTM improved the structural bearing apacity and the appearance of the dock.
