    Anti-corrosion Property of Pigments/Fillers Evaluated by Eclectrochemical Methods

    • Three kinds of anti-corrosion coatings with the same resin and different pigments/fillers such as titanium dioxide, quartz powders and complex ferrotitanium powders were prepared. The anti-penetration and anti-corrosion properties of coating systems on A3 steel were analyzed by electrochemical quick evaluation methods. The results showed that the effect of type of pigment/filler and particle shape on the anti-penetration and anti-corrosion properties of coating systems was evident.
