  • In this paper,the research & development situation of anti-corrosion management system in petrochemical industry is generalized.Compared with foreign countries,our management system still focuses on corrosion monitoring data management and there exist many problems: system integration is not enough,data analysis and expert system are simple,software update is not in time and a high failure rate occurs in practical application.It is pointed out that the software research & development must constantly follow the actual requirements,from local to all-round corrosion information management,from simple data management to having a data prediction function.A wide data information network should be established to share resources,to study corrosion law,and to develop expert and long-range corrosion diagnostic system.Furthermore,anti-corrosion management system should be included into the construction of equipment information management and refinery information management to establish the foundation for constructing the digitalized and informationized petrochemical industry.
