Abstract
The effect of temperature on CO2 corrosion resistance of Cr13 stainless steel was studied in simulated high temperature and high pressure corrosion environments. By means of SEM and energy spectrum analysis, it was found that the CO2 corrosion rate of Cr13 stainless steel reached maximum at 150℃, but declined as temperature increased. Temperature also led to the changes of surface corrosion product composition and structurae, and influenced the protection effects of corrosion products on metal matrix.
