Preparation Process and Properties of Long Term Effect Self-lubrication Composite Coating with Wear Resistance and Anti-corrosion Propeties

A long term effect self-lubrication composite coating with wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties was obtained by electroless composite plating.Adding diamond and (CF)n particle in the Ni-W-P composite coating,a two-layer composite coating of Ni-B and Ni-W-P/Diamond-(CF)n was gained.The surface of the two-layer composite coating was bright,homogeneous,and its harshness was Ra 0.2.The bond strength and corrosion-resistance of the coating were good.The wearing amount of the specimen with coating was only 21.2% of that without coating.
