Inspection and Analysis of Corrosion of Gas Pipeline Parallel with Lianxi Road

The gas pipeline section of Lianxi road is parallel with HVAC power transmission lines, communication optical cable, water pipeline, and so on. And some of them intersect with other pipelines. The risk of pipeline corrosion is high. The corrosion of soil, status of external coating, effect of cathodic protection and influence of AC interference were inspected and analyzed. Some measures of pipeline protection are proposed.
