Process of Anti-corrosion and Anti-scaling in Sewage Reinjection System of Oil-field

Abstract
The corrosion and scaling problem of the gathering and transportation systems and boreholes is becoming serious in oil-field due to oil field sewage reinjection. According to the process flow of sewage reinjection, the water quality of each step in the reinjection system was analyzed. The results show that the water quality unmatching the standard was the main reason for corrosion and scaling. The stability and corrosion comparison tests of the sewage with and without iron were performed. Through the tests, the potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide compound mixture was selected as the most efficient iron-removal agent. Troubles and reformation requirements of the existing sewage treatment process are summarized, a set of new sewage treatment process is proposed. The stability tracking test was conducted. The corrosion and scaling problem were effectively controlled.
