    Surface Performance of Environment-friendly Galvanized Sheets

    • The surface performance of three kinds of environment-friendly galvanized sheets was studied by salt spray test, eletrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and glow discharge spectrometer (GDS). The results showed that the coating performance was greatly influenced by the structure and distribution of inhibitor on the suface of film. Surface performance could be enhanced by increasing the content of inhibitor and Si, and by keeping umform inhibitor distribution. It would be oxidated when the surface of film contained more organic polymer.
