Influence of Surface Nanocrystallization on Thermal Diffusion of Zn

Surface nanocrystallization has been used in many aspects as a new way of suface treatment technology,especially in reducing temperature and time of sherardizing.The influence of surface nanocrystallization and additive on the thickness,temperature and time of thermal diffusion was discussed.Experiments showed that the nanocrystallization layer was more sensitive to the diffusion,the effect of time on the nanocrystallizaton layer was not remarkable.By using other additives,the diffusion layer was further improved.
