    CO2 Corrosion Behavoir of X70 Pipeline Steel

    • Corrosion behavior of X70 pipeline steel in NACE solution saturated with carbon dioxide with a partial pressure of 2MPa in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment was investigated.The major environmental factor a affecting the X70 pipeline steel carbon dioxide corrosion were temperature and Cl- content.The perlite ,granular bainite and non-metallic inclusions,such as MnS,CaS would accelerate corrosion.So it was necessary to reduce the content of perlite and granular bainite,and to refine and downgrade the non-metallic inclusions.
