Synthesis of Radiation Curable Acrylic Ester Coupling Agent Modified by Isocyanate Siloxane and Its Application to Anti-corrosion Coating

A method of synthesizing acrylic ester coupling agent modified by isocyanate siloxane was introduced. The coupling agent prepared by the method is solvent-free, reaction condition is mild, product has high purity and stability. The coating added with this coupling agent can be cured by radiation due to the double bond in it. The coating adhesion to metal and salt fog resistance can be improved remarkably by adding a certain amount of this coupling agent.
