A REVIEW OF CORROSION RESISTANCE OF MAGNESIUM-ALUMINUM-RE ALLOYS

It is important to study the corrosion resistance of magnesium-aluminum alloy for its poor corrosion resistance property.The existential modalities of rare earth elements in magnesium-aluminum alloys and the studying status of magnesium-aluminum alloys containing rare earth at home and abroad are summarized.The influence mechanism of rare earth on corrosion resistance is discussed.
