Corrosion Assessment of the Fire Water Pipeline in a Nuclear Power Plant

    • The pipeline corrosion, corrosivity of water, tubercle growth process and influence factors of the fire water supply network in a domestic nuclear power plant were studied. The results show that the flowing state is the key factors affecting corrosion of the whole fire water supply network. Based on the relationship between the flowing state and corrosion, a corrosion assessment model was established, and the model was used to rating fire water pipelines to five corrosion levels. The efficiency of the corrosion management of fire water pipelines.
