    Performance of Metallic-Ceramic Anti-Corrosion Coating IPcote9183

    • An aluminium containing high-temperature anti-corrosion water-based paint was used to prepare metallic-ceramic coating, and performance of the coating was studied. The results showed that the coating was uniform and had good adhesion under the conditions of a certain spray pressure and nozzle/sample distance. The coating thickness was 0.01 ~ 0.02 mm for every IPcote9183 layer. The thickness could increase by repeating spray + dry. The coating with thickness of 0.02 ~ 0.03 mm was used to salt fog test and there was no red rust after 1000 h.
