    NON-CHROMIUM PASSIVATING TECHNOLOGY FOR ZINC PLATED COATING

    • In order to improve the corrosion resistance of zinc plated coating,a new technology of non-chromium passivating for zinc plated coating was developed by adding molybdate,sodium phosphate and additive XZ-03B.The effects of passivating bath composition and operating condition on the properties of passivated coating were studied,and the properties of passivated coating were tested.The passivated coating obtained is iridescent.The properties of non-chromium passivated coating are similar to those of chromate passivated coating.
