    Application of Water-borne Fluorovesin Coatings to Steel Structure of Bridge

    • Based on the specifications and bridge anticorrosion examples,commonly used anticorrosion methods for metal structure in atmospheric environment were obtained.According to the environmental characteristics in Sandaohe bridge of Qinghai province,an anticorrosion system of hot-dip zinc,waterborne epoxy micaceous iron coating and waterborne fluororesin coating was designed,and the using life of the coating system was estimated.The coating system is environment-friendly,and its protective performance is equal to the solvent-based fluororesin coating system.The coating system applied to Sandaohe bridge in 2007 was in good condition with good luster,without pulverization and coating falls when checked in 2008.
