INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT WETTING AGENTS ON THE PROPERTIES OF SINTERED Zn-Al COATINGS

Six types of sintered Zn-Al coating were prepared using six types of wetting agent.The influence of different wetting agents on performance of the coatings was investigated.The microstructure of the coatings was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The performance of coatings such as adhesion,corrosion resistance,Ec-t curves and anodic polarization curves was tested.Three types of wetting agent were screenced for making the coatings with excellent performance.
