Abstract
Potentiodynamic polarization measurement and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy were employed to investigate the corrosion behavior of CT80 coiled tubing steel in 3.5% NaCl solution at different temperature(20 ℃,40 ℃,60 ℃,80 ℃).The results showed that with the rise of temperature, the open circuit potential of CT80 coiled tubing steel shifted to the negative direction and then to the positive direction,it reached the minimum at 60 ℃,the corrosion current density of high CT80 coiled tubing steel firstly increased then decreased,it reached the maximum at 60 ℃,and its corrosion rate came to the maximum at 60 ℃,and the polarization resistance of CT80 coiled tubing steel firstly decreased and then increased,it reached the minimum at 60 ℃ with the maximum corrosion rate.
